Welcoming Nelly to Blue Diamond Recruitment

At Blue Diamond Recruitment, we’ve always believed that great recruiters aren’t simply found, they’re developed.

That’s why we’re delighted to welcome Nelly to the team as our Recruitment Apprentice.

As our business continues to grow, we felt it was the perfect time to invest in the future by welcoming someone at the beginning of their recruitment career. Recruitment is a profession built on relationships, communication and trust, and these are qualities that are best developed through hands-on experience, guidance and mentorship.

Over the coming months, Nelly will be working alongside our Co-Founders, Amy and Dan Court, gaining first hand exposure to every stage of the recruitment process. From building relationships with clients and candidates to learning the intricacies of the construction and house building sectors, she’ll gain valuable practical experience while developing the skills needed for a successful career in recruitment.

Alongside her day-to-day role at Blue Diamond Recruitment, Nelly will continue her apprenticeship scheme, combining formal learning with real world experience. We believe this blend of education and practical application provides the strongest foundation for long term success.
